Hi Cathe. I was wondering what your opinion is on the best time to get a workout in? Ideally, I would love to be able to get up at 6 am but it never happens since the snooze bar gets in my way! I normally workout anywhere between 5:30 and 7:30 pm but there are times when I am unable to until I put my daughter to bed at 9:00.
Is it less effective to do cardio or strengh training that late at night?
