Hope you don't mind my starting todays thread off. My computer was on already cause I was in wowy this morning @ 5:30am.

Today was low-impact step followed by 10 mins on elliptical.

This was my first time doing this workout and I was all over the place. I didn't feel I got a good workout because of it. I had some time left before I had to get ready for work so I jumped on the elliptical for 10 minutes. But my HRM reads that I was in my zone and burned 543 calories so it wasn't a waste afterall. I thought I was going to have to do something else after work but not now with this reading.

Enjoy your day!:7

Hello everyone and welcome LORI!

Today is a rest day for me. It felt good just to sleep in an extra hour longer:) I can really feel my ab muscles when I did the exercise in the High Step Circuit yesterday. The High Step Circuit consists of 6 cycle exercises with using the High Step. Cardio, Lower body, Upper Body, squats & shoulders and abdominals. You need to change step heights for different exercises but your heart rate will go up and you will sweat like crazy. I can't imagine doing the Advanced one! I will try to complete the entire workout tomorrow including the stability ball workout. I am going to bed early tonight!:D

Jari I can't wait to start back doing Low Impact Step. I know it takes a while to get use to the routine. I am going to do Low Impact Step 3 days a week in a few weeks. I am going to check on Heart Rate Monitors this weekend. I really could use one.

Have a great day!

Hi everybody! Did Kick Punch & Crunch last night, minus the crunches. I find I really dislike core work and look for any excuse to skip it. I need to get over that! Today will probably be Muscle Endurance. Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Kimberly,
the quote is by jari love. she has a strength workout called "get ripped" This quote just always sticks in my head so I made it a signature

this was my first time doing low impact step. I tripped quit a few times<lol> that's ok, I'll get it eventually

Hey Ladies,

Last night I did cardio portion of All Step. I faired pretty well for not having excercised in 3 weeks. Unfortunately, I didn't drag my butt out of bed this morning, so I plan to do Cardio and Weights tonight after work.

543 calories is an awesome burn!!

Keep truckin'!

Good morning all!

I got up early again this morning! I'm shooting for 4 days this week (2 days down, 2 to go)!

I agree I don't like core work either - however, that's what I need to work on the most! So I added core max I to my work out this morning.

I'm so excited to see so many posts this morning!

Since it isn't noon yet I can still say "Good morning." I did boot camp today, well 3/4 of it and hated every bloody minute of it! Not because it was so hard but I just don't like the high impact plyo stuff, never have even when I was in great shape. Way too hard on the joints! This one is probably going on Ebay! However, tomorrow will be a spin class and 1/2 hr of weights. Looking forward to checking in tomorrow since I've been in a horrible slump and today is the first day back in the saddle. Have a terrific day everyone.

Hi Ladies.

It sounds like we all have similar rotations. I did Low Impact Step this morning and felt better on this early workout than last week's. I did KPC on Sunday and SJP (circuit) Monday. Tomorrow I tackle Power Training from CXT series. On Monday I didn't do well at all. I am on WW and used all my Flex Points. I was feeling hungry all day Sunday and nothing satisfied but I didn't use any of those Flex Points. Monday I used them. I will try to make sure I have a variety in my diet so that the feeling of something missing does not happen again. I felt better yesterday right away once I reigned in the cravings and today am even better. Have a great night.
