Here's a list I have come up with:
Lower Body Blast (Bonus)
Kick Max (Leg Conditioning section)
XTrain Legs (Bonus Barre)
Lean Legs & Abs
Great Glutes (Chair section)
Turbo Barre (Low Impact Series)
and, of course, the 3 disks that came with the Fit Tower and the 3 newly released Fit Tower Advanced programs
I also use my Fit Tower for my weight rack with STS Mesocycle 3 and STS Total Body with the bonus chest section.
There may be other Cathe programs that I don't own or didn't notice as yet. If there are, I'd love to know! Perhaps other Cathletes will chime in...
