Hi Cathe,
I think pretty much everyone would agree that you are one ripped chick, in excellent physical condition. I think probably a lot of the women posting in this forum would also fit that description, but if asked, would probably mention a few body parts or fitness areas where they didn't feel that they were quite at the level they want to be at - areas of progress, shall we say.
My rather personal question is, given how fit you obviously are, are there body parts or exercise skills you still consider to be a challenge for you and that you are targeting for improvement? Or have you actually reached that ideal and extremely rare state where you are actually happy where you are with your fitness/body/skills and are just maintaining at this point?
I understand if you feel uncomfortable answering. I only ask because I think we tend to think of women that we look up to as not having any struggles of their own - and one of the things I really like about your DVDs is that I can see you working along with us, pushing for that last rep and breathing hard (although not as hard as me!) As an idol for many women, the more human you seem, the more possible it seems to obtain the same level of fitness you have. The fact that you are so accessible, nice and friendly on this forum (and from all accounts, in person) really helps with that as well.
Thank you for giving us someone so great to emulate!
