Hi Cathe. I think it's so awesome that you get to take a break from STS every now and again - you know you have us all SO pumped for it.

I know this has been a HUGE project for you and Chris and I'm just wondering if there is a part of you that is dying to think about another cardio DVD -- or if the STS work has you so wrapped up in it that you hardly have time to think about your next project? Just curious. Stay well.
