Cathe-Are You Going to the Arnold Expo?

Hi Cathe:

I've been reading about a major fitness expo in Columbus, OH called the Arnold Expo put on by Ahhhnold himself and have been thinking about maybe going. There will be 600+ booths there of various companies and their fitness products. It sounds like it's going to be the fitness mecca at least for that weekend of Feb 28-Mar 2nd.

Have you ever had a booth there to sell your videos or simply gone just to enjoy it? Are you going this year? If my DH and I do go, it would be awesome to meet you. It seems like it would be a good place to sell your videos.
 
Ooohh! I hope Cathe does go! I'll be there, too! This expo isn't like the typical fitness expos where there are booths for home exercisers, though. It's a bit more of the hardcore bodybuilder types. There are bodybuilding and fitness competitions and exhibitions to see. The expo itself is more about booths with protein powders, supplements, etc. There are LOTS of free samples - take a gym bag to put them all in. They had one booth with evey fitness magazine imagineable FREE! My bag must have weighed 30 pounds with all the free stuff I walked out of there with that day!

I did see a lot of the Oxygen and M&F contributors and models just walking around the expo - i.e. Marla Duncan, Mary Yockey, Amy Fadli etc.

And if that doesn't motivate/inspire soembody to get fit, I don't know what will. :)
