:9 I wonder if you could give me a guarantee that I will have your bod when I finish this series? FYI, I may be able to attend your road trip depending on when it is. My son's engagement fell through. Better to know before taking the big step. Comment: You lats look absolutely incredible in the picture of you doing the pull ups! Also, check out those bi's. You must have incredibly low body fat! You look awesome and are such an inspiration to me! Oh, and by the way, my fitness goals are coming along pretty good! Hi Lisa! Nice to hear from you. Sorry things didn't work out with your son's engagement but I agree, better to know before taking the big step. Thank you for your sweet words. My lats go back to my gymnast days and I have maintained them over the years with pull ups. I hope to see you on the roadtrip. Take Care!
