I have been doing WW's with Cathe for about 5 weeks now, and my weight has been coming off. IMO, WW's is the best thing since sliced bread !!!!
It is so easy ! And on WW's you are not hungry. I am eating more fruit and veg now.
I have though cut back on cardio to 3-4 days, with a bodypart per day, or 1 x Powerhour session per week. I also do a lot of walking with my children and the pushchair during the week, too. But everyone is different, I have found for me in the past, I was doing too much exercise and wasn't losing much weight, but now I seem to have found my optimum level. My downfall is TTOTM.
And you can use your extra exercise points, that you gain from your workout sessions
I don't tend to use them as I workout in the evening though, and after a bath or shower I hit the sack, so I am not up to eat them.
Cathe's workouts are great too, if you have not done them before, take them slowly to begin with to get used to the intense pace. But, I would say with Cathe, after the first few workouts you can start to feel the toning benefits, and clothes start feeling looser.
