Cathe and Mama Deb in Fitness (June 08)

I saw someone posted in Ask Cathe, but I wanted to mention it here, too--Cathe and Mama Deb are in the latest issue of Fitness. I was reading it in bed last night and I was so excited I had to tell my DH about it. He just rolled his eyes, he thinks I'm a tad obsessed. But, whatever, I know you all get it! Anyway, the article is all about home exercisers and how they love their DVD instructors, and it mentioned the web site where folks get to know each other online. I though it was very nicely done.

Thanks Anne! I haven't seen the article yet as I don't subscribe to it but it comes out on newsstands the 14th. I am hoping they used MY quotes! :7 I just posted this to Cathe:

Did you hear that you & I are in Fitness Magazine? It looks like they used a phone interview I gave a couple months ago. I haven't seen the article personally yet as the magazine doesn't come out til May 14th. unless you subscribe. Julie was reading the magazine the other day and said she got all excited when she saw your name mentioned so continued to read the article and her eyes popped out when she saw my name & city mentioned! She said the last thing she expected was to see her MOM mentioned! Hope I did you proud in the article...I have no idea what they quoted me on yet. (Julie forgot to bring it along when I saw her) Have a great day Cathe!!!!

DebbieH...this is completely off subject but someone brought me the hope you dance journal and I absolutely love it. Beautiful poem and song

Thank You Jacque! Somehow, I made the NYTimes last year on my birthday! Just luck I guess! Becca, I went to their site hoping to read it too but cannot find any info on their monthly magazine articles. Guess I'll have to wait til the 14th. or steal my DD's copy when I see her!

It finally came today !

Great article about those of us working out at home. Many of the Catheite's fav workout instructors were mentioned. And s was this forum !

Thanks Jacque! No, I have not read it yet. I have no idea what it says. My daughter has the magazine. I guess I need to call her one of these days and have her read it to me! Ha! I DID ask her if I sounded stupid in in and she said, "No!" :p
