These new workouts look absolutely awesome and I anxiously wait to see more pics that are posted each day.:p

What I would like to ask, when the filming is complete, would you and your crew be willing to post information about this series? The types of propaganda I’d be interested in hearing about is:

How did you train for this series? Ex/ cardio x number days per week, weight trained doing one body part per day…etc.

What the dieting was like. Did you include protein shakes? Eat several small meals a day? Cut calories? (I don’t mean specifics).

What the rehearsals are like.

Comments about the new workouts. Maybe if one was extra hard to train for etc.

Reviews on the new studio, clothing.

Would they be willing to answer questions here on the forum?

I’m not expecting an essay, just a little inside information.

I think this is a wonderful idea. As you said, not an essay but a realistic idea of what is involved in time, energy and diet to accomplish such a huge feat. Excellent suggestion, Susan.
