Good morning, Miss Cathe! Do you have any idea at this point when you will be rolling out the new abs DVD you requested suggestions on earlier? Just as a casual aside, my birthday is next month, and DH has been after me to tell him what I want . . .

Have you decided what the new workouts are going to be yet? I seem to recall a new kickbox workout lurking in your heart somewhere, and wouldn't it also be cool if there were Interval Max Squared, Circuit Max to the Tenth Power, and Hi/Lo Heaven? No hurry on rolling these out; August would be just fine.
