Cathe...about those gals in your videos...

I have an interesting question that is just due to sheer nosiness and curiosity....
Posted on another forum here on the Cathe pages, someone asked if any of the ladies in Cathe's videos regularly participate in the forums. There was also talk about some of the physical transformations we've all seen and noticed in the gals as we progress from video to video (GOOD physical transformations, like, AWESOME!) It would be kewl if some of the gals in the videos told us what it is like to prepare for a Cathe video filming, the preparation, learning the choreography, what it's really like to work with Cathe (teehee), do any of them ever review the steps/exercises and have their eyes pop out as they say "you've GOT to be kidding"??? etc etc etc....
I know most of the participants names, but am not real great on attaching names to bodies/faces. I would love it, though, if we all could communicate with not only Cathe, but her (obviously) biggest fans and supporters.
Anyone out there agree?

It's so weird to read this as I was thinking the very same thing just yesterday as I was doing Powermax. I agree, it would be very fun to have a little communication with these ladies we see so much of.

It would be fun to hear from some of the gals or guys for that matter!! I know, if I remember right, Cathe commented once that Cedie very rarely gets online because she is so busy. Rhonda did post once or twice and it was neat cause I felt like I knew her! Even though they have no idea who I am, they are such a big part of my life, as is Cathe of course. Someday, I plan to meet some of them on a roadtrip. Great idea, Lynn. We'll see what happens! :7

I think that's a great idea! I have often wondered what Cedie, Rhonda and the rest of the gang think of the videos and how they stay in shape in general... I'd also like to hear more about how they've managed to look better and better with each new video!

Hi Timber 99! No, Cedie has not been in any other videos besides ours. Funny how everybody out there has a twin somewhere!
