Cathe, ? about leg work

Hi Cathe,

First let me say that I love all of your new Hard Core workouts; they are fabulous!

Now onto my question. I have the problem most women I think have, I want to shrink my thighs and calves. I realise genetics, diet, and exercise all play a key role in doing that. I have been trying to match you weight for weight when I do my lower body work, and have noticed good muscle definition. I also try to do cardio at least four times a week (to DVD's) as well as try to get in a 30-minute power walk. I have not lost any inches yet - I have only been doing this for about four to five months. Could it be that I just have not given it enough time? Do you have to build up the muscle first and eventually the weight will burn off?

Sorry for being a bit wordy, and thanks for any help.
