Hi,
I just wanted to ask if it was ok to use PS Back and Biceps 2x/week to help improve posture? It seems like I'm always being told to stand or sit up straight and wondered if my back was too weak. It sure feels like it! Plus if you could suggest any exercises that would be really appreciated. Thanks!:7
