Cathe...a lot of praising, a little begging.

I don't know if words can actually convey how much I ADORE the new series. I have done a few so far and I am just beside myself with delight. Every workout is even more than I expected and being a spoiled Cathe-ite, I expected A LOT.

Last night I did GS Chest and Triceps. In the warmup you say "you're gonna burn" and you weren't kidding. That is the closest I have ever come to feeling like my muscles were actually lit on fire. Seriously, I thought flames were shooting out of my body. Burn indeed. When I stopped to really think about the weights you were hoisting I was stunned. I was toasted at 12's and you were doing 20's...AND I did MY push ups on my knees. Holy crow, you are one impressive woman!

As a fellow mother of two young boys (Nate, 3 & Ben, 1) I am just FLOORED by those abs! Those abs! Those abs! They render me speechless every time I try to talk about them to anyone. I LOVE Core Max to death already!! You get in there DEEP!

Cathe, your creativity, focus and motivating force are at an all time high in this series. Your poise and confidence shine so brightly and you make the (really) hard work fun. What a gift. Thank you for all your devotion.

Okay...now, I'm going to beg.

Pahleeeeeez provide us with a LONG-term HARDCORE rotation (3 months would be devine) for these workouts that would give us the opportunity to squeeze every bit out of them. If you can elimate the mental energy it takes to come up with a rotation, we can just focus on getting the job done.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's smart that you are giving us the opportunity to give them a test drive, but I hope you'll post something soon that will get us all focused and ready to dive in full force. I'm ready to have people marvel at MY abs as I run after my kids on the beach this summer.

I heard this quote on the radio this morning and thought of you...

Successful people are those who give more when they feel like giving up.

Thanks for making me a successful person too.

What a great idea! I second that motion.

Hi Angela! Wow, thank you so much for your inspiring words. I'm so happy all the hardcore workouts more than matched your expectations and you are now able to enjoy them. This has me smiling with great delight. Yes, I definitely intend to make a Hardcore March rotation.
BTW, I LOVE that quote and have saved it.

Have a great weekend :)

Bump...and Bump some more, I would love a 3month rotation using the hardcore and others. When I had ask for your advice on losing 20 -30 lbs ( working out twice daily) I was impressed by your quick response and suggestions. I took it to heart and had GREAT results from it. So another long rotation would be very appreicated. Thanks for all of your hard work, Chap.

Just to add I am not asking for a routine 2x daily, just a longer one.

I also did Chest and Triceps yesterday. I challenged my husband to do them with me and I kept up with every rep, and almost the weight (I was trying to show off a little!). The chest part was great, and I figured that I could've gone with a higher weight on the triceps. Am I ever glad that I didn't!!! My triceps are SOOO sore today!! I even felt them during the night every time I rolled over! I haven't pushed myself like this in awhile. I am so glad that we have HC finally. I am loving it! Definitely worth the wait! Thank you for AWESOME workouts, Cathe! You have outdone yourself! Can't wait for the March rotation...

I just did chest and triceps yesterday also and was surprised that I could do all of thosed damn push-ups( which I love to hate) modifed of course(on the knees for me after the first set of 16). I was not sure if I was going to like the chest/tricep, but I think this will be one of my favorites. I am going to do the back/shoulder/biceps this evening, if my body allows it. I am not sore yet from yesterdays workout, but I am a little sore from the Kickmax workout. My hips and but are killing me and for some reason my back is also a little sore.
