Hi Cathe,

I do not own Cross-train Upper Body. I do have: PS, MIS, PUB, and S&H. Which of these would best substitute for Cross-train Upper Body?

Hi Deb! You can cue MIS up to the Chest section and start there. Here is a breakdown:

Chest.....8 min., Back.....7.5 min., Shoulders.....7 min., Biceps.....6 min., Triceps.....7.5min., Abdominals.....10 min., Stretch.....3 min.).

Or you can do Pyramid upper body too. Have Fun!
