I'm sorry to bug you with this question when I know you are so busy but I'm still wondering how to work in my 1r max and not over "train" and over "strain". I was thinking of alternating days with one hour of cardio and one hour 1rep max tests. I've read that doing 1r' tests this way will take at least 2 weeks. (and I wanted to wait until the final WM was up and running to do my testing). I only have 60-70min a day to do a workout. Should I stop doing week four of your January rotation and just crank out 1r's for the next week without cardio? Will my muscles be ok to start STS after all that heavy weight testing? Or should I do 1r's like a 4 day split? 1/2 hour cardio and 1/2 hour 1r testing? Will I be done in time to start the STS with you? Colleen
