TUESDAY...........Kickbox plus Legs & Core
WEDNESDAY.........Other cardio of choice
THURSDAY..........Lower Intensity Step plus Shoulders, Calves, & Core
FRIDAY............Yoga Class or Stretch Max
SATURDAY..........Boot Camp plus Biceps, Triceps
SUNDAY............Rest

WEEK 2

MONDAY............Lower Intensity Step plus Shoulders, Calves, & Core
TUESDAY...........Other cardio of choice
WEDNESDAY.........Kickbox plus Legs & Core
THURSDAY..........Boot Camp plus Biceps, Triceps
FRIDAY............Yoga Class or Stretch Max

Your rotation looks great!

I got the 4DS for christmas and have yet to do it. Maybe having a rotation will help. ;-)
