categories of DVD

go Valerie, go Valerie. I like that link. Just got home from work and had a chance to look at it. um boy is that cool how on earth did you find this gem of a dictionary?

you all are a big awesome help to me fullfuling my goals. I feel I just might make it this time.

can't get into that one but I bet it's the one I have from the firm. That's what we are looking for. You and I know what the list and that is what is making it difficult for people to see here. They think that if they throw one out at you it's okay. When in reality, it really might not be in the same category. That's why I suggest Cathe make it as she made the videos/DVD's. So, I'm done with asking.

This is the list I have. I do not know how accurate it is. Maybe if it is posted in Ask Cathe, she will tweek it. Well, it's a start.

Namaste,
Christina

Thank you! This is great, but I still have a question...In the sculpting categories, are they all the same as far as gaining strength vs. building muscle definition?

i.e.: could I sub ME or PP for MuscleMax? are the pyramids the same as Gym Styles or S&H? Or are ALL the weight training workouts interchangeable & it doesn't really matter which workout you do as long as it's working the body part(s) you want to work that day? Being relatively new to a consistent weight training program, these are the specifics I don't really "get" & am trying (w/this forum's wisdom) to learn.

Also, KickMax is considered sculpt&tone, while KPC is cardio? Not having KM yet, I would have thought of them as being the same thing. This is exactly the type of info I was looking for!

Thanks for your help!

Wow Autumn, thank you. Thank you for taking the time to do this. There are so many to chose from. God bless your taking this on. Hope it's the way Cathe would like it, can you post it there also and ask her opinions if this is where she would put her thoughts?
