Hi Cathe,
In your fantastic catalog, I would love to see detailed exercises being used.
This way I can see which other exercises I need to include in my routine for the day. This will help me with overseeing other exercises that need to be done on a regular basis, or make sure not to do some exercises too often. Such as abs, calves, shins, forearms etc. I'm a very detailed/analytical person and like that sort of thing.
