Wow, more choices! I will check these out--thanks. When I was considering my Saturn way back in the late 90's I stopped at a Nissan dealer. Unfortunately, at that time the Altima was out of my price range and I bought into the Saturn, no haggle mentality--plus, free doughnuts and picnics, although I must confess I never had a doughnut or attended the picnics! Maybe I should do a doughnut raid just to get my monies worth! Ha!

I think, right now, I am still leaning toward the Subaru--makes me think of that Blondie song! ...mercuries and subarus and they don't stop, they keep on eating cars and when there's no more cars...

I never did get this song.

After burning up 3 Chevy's, I had a Honda Accord. After if rolled down the driveway, we got a Mitsbushi station wagon and later on a Volvo wagon. Dave has a Nissan Maxima. I enjoyed my Accord, I vote for the Hondam but for that price range, you can probably get a get used Volvo as well!
