I have heard of the three--endo, ecto, meso. But what are you? Are you a tall mesomorph or can that not exist?
 
Kate!! You are the tall one...:)...I am 5'4" 120 and usually gain weight in my thighs and butt, so "pear" has always worked for me. Of the endo, ecto, meso I might me a combo (and you could be a combo too) but not one specific. I don't think I build muscle easily as it takes for me a clean diet and heavy weights for my upper body. My lower body did well with Freestyle but I am not doing that now...I am training and need to get in more running miles so I am working my legs 3 times a week, not real heavy and not real light...:)
 
Huh, I thought you posted that you were 5'8". What is going on with me? Must be that darn pre-menopausal stuff. I lost my new sunglasses (new lenses with polycarb, ar coat and polarized) cuz I cannot remember anything anylonger. Yup, pre-menopause.
NO more freestyle? What??? I have cut down to five days per week. Great thing that is but wow, it takes it out of you.
I wish I could run, but I think I can walk faster than run.
Any difference since you cut out the freestyle?
 
5'8" would be my heighth in my dreams Kate!!...:)...I know a shock I quit doing Freestyle and I will most likely do it again as I think it is best to switch around ways of working your muscles. I am just trying to increase my running miles and focus on upper body and that cuts out Freestyle time. I have not noticed any difference since quitting Freestyle...:)
 
Sarah...I don't mind at all. One of my very best friends in High School had a dog named Portia so I just copied her...:)
