I received my book. But....no chest workout? Nothing beats sagging breasts, I guess. I suppose the gals in the book wouldn't care too much since they are sooo young and don't they know implants also fall down the chest....
I began my work last Monday. We will see. Thanks so much for the all the pre-information. Like I said, you are so nice!
 
I didn't do what the book says for the upper body! I get better results working my upper 3 times a week. Chest and Back sometimes only two times a week. I also have alot of time to dedicate to working out due to my job.

Thank you, Carole, I will. I can already tell I am burning more calories just by switching lower body to six days per week instead of three and doing aerobics 3-4 times per week instead of five. I am excited about this. I am hoping too, that even though I have broad hips (broad hip bones) that it will tighten the area down there so my pear isn't so noticable!
