cardio without weights

hi again

i told u that i didnt like cardio & weights but today i did the timesaver only meaning only cardio and than i did timesaver upperbody weights and it was much more fun (and effective) i didnt yon even once}(
 
My love for cardio and weights had a big boost when I started doing the cardio timesaver. It compiles all my favorite moves. I love it!!
