Hi, Cathe -- I LOVE LOVE the Gym Style workouts but like to do some cardio with them. (I unfortunately was born with the type of body that needs cardio every day to stay lean, even when I do weights).
Do you have a recommendation for low-impact cardio that would be good to integrate with these workouts? Right now, I'm averaging about 45 minutes on my elliptical after doing a Gym Style, but I'm looking for other alternatives. I like to keep the cardio low impact but intense on weight training days because I run 7 to 8 miles or do one of your higher-impact step workouts on the other days.
