I agree with Runathon: Cardio and Weights is GREAT!!! It is one of my favorite workouts. It is not as intense as Circuit Max, but that's exactly what I love aobut it. Circuit Max takes everything out of me halfway through the workout. C&W gets exhausting toward the end. The cardio segments are so much fun that it's a pleasure doing it.
The ab section is fabulous. The music is great!! Cathe says you'll be singing the Buttercup song all day. Not me. I sing the ab song. Those walking planks are killers.
Do C&W and enjoy. I can't wait to do it again :7
