You mentioned that Muscle Endurance has similarities with PH ... is C&W similar to CMax? Cmax seemed more cardiovascular with upper body emphasis than Power cicuit being more on legs. Would you say C&W and Imax2 would be the better choice than Boot camp if I want to focus on weight loss?
