In a previous response to a question, you said one should do 3-4 cardio sessions a week and 1-2 weight sessions. In your intensity series, is boot camp considered cardio? does the cardio and weights DVD have enough cardio in it to be considered a solid cardio workout, because it is not straight cardio? Right now I am following your suggested rotation for the intensity series without adding any other workouts. So I do:
Muscle endurance
Imax 2
Cardio & Weights
PLB & first 5 intervals of Imax
PUB
Boot Camp'
Off
Is this enough cardio? Do I need to add any more cardio to get maximum results? I really like your muscle shape in the intensity series and am wondering if this rotation will get me similar results.
