Hi Cathe!
I'm curious about how much time per week should be devoted to cardio when weight loss is not a goal. I have always been at a good weight for me (5'2, 105lbs) so weight loss is not an issue.
My fitness goals are simply to get more cut and maintain my strength. I had been working each body part 2x per week with 3 to 4 hours of cardio each week. The past couple of months, in order to incorporate power yoga into my workouts, I have cut back to each body part 1x per week (mainly with S&H and PS), am doing 1 1/2 to 2 hrs of cardio per week and have added 1 to 2 days of yoga. This seems to be working for me but in your opinion, is this enough cardio?
BTW, I've seen improved definition in my arms since doing S&H and Rhythmic Step is the absolute most fun step tape I've ever done. Thanks!
Lorrie
