CIA tapes
LAST EDITED ON Apr-25-01 AT 02:08PM (Est)[p]I like CIA 9905 a lot by Franny Benedetto. It has a fun, intense hi/lo workout that even has a short choreographed kickboxing section in it. It is a complete workout - I think an hour including w/u and c/d. It is followed by a one hour step workout, but I have never done it all the way through - the choreography is kind of complex for me and I just haven't been motivated to learn it.
I also like CIA 9803's hi/lo with Greg Twombly - a one hour non-dancy workout. The second workout on this tape is a step workout using two steps. I only have one step so I have never done it, and I haven't really seen anyone else's comments on this one so I don't think it's a popular workout.
Oh, and do you have Christi Taylor's Step Heaven and/or Hi/Lo Heaven? Those are great, fun workouts and they are broken into 3 short segments so you can do a short (20-25 minute workout) or combine them to make a longer workout.
