I did Cardio Ss yesterday. It was fun. I was huffing and did not finish any of the sets. I loved the core moves though. I had to modify some of course. I'm not sore today, but I really felt it during the moves. I loved how the new moves stretched my body out esp the one where you're in push up position, feet on discs and you alternate moving each foot up and outside in an arc towards your hands.
Today, I did Athletic training upper body circuit. The legs got worked seriously during the cardio portion even though I kept my step at 6 in.
