Cardio Supersets? Have you done it? Like it?

It's my Thursday workout, tonight is Athletic Training, yesterday was Turbo Barre.
Kinda sore today but Friday is Yoga, thank GOD.
 
I did Cardio Ss yesterday. It was fun. I was huffing and did not finish any of the sets. I loved the core moves though. I had to modify some of course. I'm not sore today, but I really felt it during the moves. I loved how the new moves stretched my body out esp the one where you're in push up position, feet on discs and you alternate moving each foot up and outside in an arc towards your hands.

Today, I did Athletic training upper body circuit. The legs got worked seriously during the cardio portion even though I kept my step at 6 in.

I did Cardio Supersets this morning and found it to be loads of fun! The workout consisted of 8-10 intervals (I lost count), 2 exercises per interval, repeated once. I found all the exercises easy to pick-up and execute; well, except for a few of the discs moves but I think with a little practice i'll be able to nail them down. :eek: It wasn't a "killer" intensity wise (I never found myself gasping for air) but adding on the bonus step segment might take care of that! That's what makes the workout great - for a shorter, less intense workout just do it as is, but for a longer, higher intensity workout add on that extra segment. Something for everyone! ;) :) The time absolutely flew by and I couldn't believe when Cathe started cooling down - I thought for sure we had a few more intervals to go! :p Overall I give this workout 2 thumbs up!
