I often will order free workouts on extercise tv through my comcast cable. It gives me a quick way to squeeze in a quick workout. I stumbled upon this and was surprised how extremely fun it was. He uses a light weighted 2 lb ball. I used a 4 lb ball. It is only 25 minutes but I my abs and core were fired up the whole time. Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up.
