Cardio Rotation Question

I'm in week 2 and following Cathe's cardio rotation suggestion so I should be doing maximum intensity cardio tomorrow. I just went to collect everything so I'm ready to go tomorrow and I can't find my MIC tape! (Someone's in trouble!)
Anyway, does anyone have a suggestion for another cardion to do instead? I've never followed a rotation before so I want to stick with this one as close as possible.

MIC is 30 minutes of hi-lo and then 30 minutes of step. So you could sub 2 CTX segments (Power Circuit followed by Step and Intervals, cardio only for both), or 4DS bootcamp cardio followed by 4DS HIS cardio...any combination of videos that you have that gets at this should work fine. Good luck!
