Cardio recommendations? (Cathe or non-Cathe)

Cathlete
Can anyone recommend any cardio DVDs that are challenging but feature straightforward, simple choreography? I have (and like) Cathe's KPC. I also have a few Firms and Kathy Smith's k'boxing, but those have gotten a little easy now. I'll try anything as long as the choreography is not complex (as in Imax 2, which I had to get rid of) and it's not Denise Austin. TIA for any suggestions!

Powerstrike
Kelley Coffey-Meyers' "Get Ready, Step, Go"
Gin Miller's "Intense Moves" (step interval cardio)

I forgot Cathe's Interval Max (the original). Very straight-forward cardio and intense blasts. It comes on the Rythmic Step DVD (which also includes MIC--another intense, not-to-complex workout) and Rythmic Step (more dancy, complex cardio on this one).

Second recommendation for P90X Plyo DVD, excellent. Kimberly Spreen Cardio Camp, Kelly Coffey Meyers: Shape of Things to Come and Ready, Step, Go; Janis Saffell Hardcore Kickbox Circuit; Gin Miller's Intense Moves; Keli Roberts' Step it Strong. These are pretty straight forward with intensity, and some are circuit workouts but if you like KPC, you should like these too.

another vote for plyoX

if you can stand perkiness, sharon mann has a cardio dvd with a gazillion options. she does the intermediate level, but has advanced demos right behind her. she is very straightforward.you can get a great workout

gin millers old reebok dvds

what about rebounding??

gilads fat burning workout and his step dvd

I would suggest Cathes BC, MIC, KPC, or SJP.

Good Luck!!
