Hi Cathe!
Just curious - do you get the same results with 3 days of 60 minute high intensity cardio sessions or 6 days of 30 minute high intensity sessions? Is it better to do cardio more frequently or for a longer time? Or doesn't it matter? :-hmmm The reason I ask is that when I use the CTX rotation I'm doing cardio 6 days w/ 2 body parts for strength and when I switch to my "strength" rotation w/ PS and MIS I can usually only fit in 3-4 days of cardio as opposed to 6 (but both equal total cardio time of about 3 to 3 1/2 hrs per week). Even though the time spent is the same it feels like I'm shortchanging my cardio (irrational, I know ;-) ). I don't want to lose any weight but I did see some nice body changes w/ my CTX rotation, I look leaner without weighing less. Prior to that I had never done cardio every day, only 3 times a week alternating w/ 3 weight days which is probably why the CTX style made such a difference. Of course, maybe I think too much since the whole point of rotations is to vary what you're doing! :-rollen Thanks in advance!
