I've done this several times. It's all the 3 step combos with the interval blast, then the 4th bonus combo and blast. I love this premix!!! Gets my heart rate up there each time! Not to mention, it's FUN!
I just did it today, and I worked up a good sweat! I like it because it's great when you do it low impact, or you can add a few jumps and ramp it up even more.
