cardio or weights

I have several of Cathe's tapes (MIS,PS,cardio&weights, bodymax, and just ordered the blast series).I work long hours and don't always have the time to fit in cardio and weight training in my workouts. When I just do weights I feel like I didn't get a full workout. I find myself doing mostly cardio. is doing weight training 2x's a week enough?

I think doing it two times a week is good,exspecially if you get a REALLY good workout in there.Really get those muscles burning.As long as your doing something is the main idea,don't stess over it if your pressed for time.
Do you have the CTX series? Those are awesome workouts.You can get a good cardio workout and then work on a body part in about 45 min(give or take).I love these workouts for a extra bonus as well.When I am trying to slim out I will do one workout in the morning and then later on I will do whatever else I had planned for the day!

Hi Lizzy! Yes two total body weight workouts per week are enough. Just keep your focus and give your all to each and every rep of every exercise. Take Care!
