Cardio or strength ?

Hi everyone,

I apologize if this question has already been asked : how should I consider BootCamp and Cardio & Weights : cardio, strength, or both ? If it is strength, can I do a strength workout the day before or after ?
I have another question : I tend to gain muscles easily, and I am overweighted, so I am "bulking" and it is not pretty ! I am not sure about what I should do : endurance or strength workouts ?

If you don't want to bulk, do endurance workouts which use lighter weights. The heavier the weight, the more muscle mass developed. I believe past posts have stated you can do strength training a day before or day after C&W and Boot Camp.
 
Boot Camp is hard to classify. I'd consider it more of a circuit "weight" workout. A lot of the cardio that is included is plyometric moves, which seem more like strength moves (fast twitch, anaerobic) to me.
