Cardio Kicks

Hi All,

For this months rotation I do not have Cardio Kicks, what would you all do instead? KPC or Kick Max? Do you mind telling me why you would choose one over the other.

I would choose KPC because I LOVE that workout (balanced, challenging, real 'kickbox' feel) and I got rid of Kick Max pretty quickly (too many pivots in the first segment, which decreased the intensity; too much of a 'cheerleader jumps' feel to the second segment; overall, not the 'kickboxing" feel I'd like).
 
KPC would have the similar intensity and moves of Cardiokicks. They are both great workouts. Kickmax is really a different kind of workout altogether. It's not really to my taste either!

I would also do KPC. Mainly because it's got more actual kickboxing in it, and it's a ton of fun. (It actually has more kickboxing in it then Cardio Kicks does, which has a lot of high/low in it).

Thank you all for your suggestions. I did KPC, it sure raised my heart rate more than I thought it would and it was more fun than I thought it would be too.
