Cardio Kicks - "KICKS"

Hi Cathe!

You never cease to amaze me! Just got my CD yesterday and tried out Cardio Kicks this morning. It played great on my computer. I actually thought that I was keeping up pretty well with the workout - up until - those power kicks (I forget what you call them in the video). I have to admit, after the first 16 I had to take a walk around the room a couple times! Anyway, it's been about 4 hours since I did the workout and OH BOY can I feel my hips, inner thighs, butt, arms - you name the body part! What a great workout! Can't wait to do Circuit Max tomorrow - I'll let you know what I think (being the exercise video critic that I am! HaHa) Keep up the great work, you look awesome. Talk to you soon!

Ha! If you can feel it four hours after, wait till the next day! }>

I just did this one for the first time yesterday - actually I had been "saving" it for my next rotation but I couldn't stand it anymore (especially after reading Aimee's "I've fallen in love" post).

I did it yesterday morning and wow did it rock! Those power kicks are tough - but don't they make ya feel lean and mean? And I loved the longer versions of the things that were in CTX kickbox.

I'm "supposed" to do Leaner legs tonight, but my legs are still so sore from CK that I will likely substitute something else.

You will probably feel the same way about Circuit Max! Again, I was saving it for my next rotation but couldn't resist sneaking it in.

Thanks for the warning, hopefully I'll be able to get out of bed in the morning! You bet I felt "lean & mean!" Can't wait for Circuit Max - I think?!!

Wow, you made me really anxious to get my Cardio Kicks DVD too! I'm holding out to get the 8 pack on DVD, but it's making me crazy already waiting. But I do already have Circuit Max on videotape and it's quickly become an all time favorite. It's so much fun you hardly notice how hard you're working, I think the variety and the moves themselves just make it fly by. I mean, it'll have you sweating but don't be surprised if you find yourself smiling too. I just LOVE this workout. I bet you will too!

Hi all!

I did Cardio Kicks for the first time on Saturday and absolutely loved it. I'm not a big fan of Tae Bo, so I wasn't sure how this would be, but it blows Tae Bo away! I was so into it that the time just flew by! Of course, it helped that I was a little peeved at my hubby, so I had a lot of great visualization for my punches and kicks!

Today is Monday and I'm still sore (took off Sunday and today to rest), especially my biceps and forearms, but I can't wait to do it again!

I can't wait for the rest of my DVDs to get here! :)

Hi!

Well I did Circuit Max yesterday and I feel great today! Upper body is a little tight, but not sore! I think I need to add another platform as I think I needed a little more boost in my cardio. I'll try that next time! Think today I'll do the treadmill - give my upper body a rest. Like you I can't wait for the 8-pack either!
