cardio in place of run on Nov rotation

Hi Cathe,

I want to do the Nov rotation. On some of the days that you suggest a 20 minute run etc I may not be able to do the run, due to weather, darkness, child care issues etc. What would your best recommendation be in place of the run that I can do at home for that period of time that would possibly have the same effect as the run. I have most of your tapes. I also have a jumprope, pull up bar and all other equipment needed for your workouts.

Hey Kristie, not Cathe, but when Cathe posts running in her rotations I have used the eliptical or treadmill (for power walking). I personally just don't enjoy running. Hope this helps, Deanie:)
 
Hi Kristie, I am not Cathe but I thik you can substitute the running for some of the Cathe's cardios. I think you can use the first segment of MIC to substitute the 20 minutes of the steady state run and the IMAXS too.Another suggestion is to use the cardio premix of bootcamp, the hi/low of SJP, the blast challenge of Kick Max, the cardio segments of the CTX workouts etc.There are lot of options.
