Cardio Hits

I am thinking about buying this DVD and would like some feedback. Do you like it? How is it chaptered? I have Power Max on VHS and like it, but I am not wild about the warm-up. Is this DVD chaptered in a way that will allow me to skip the warm-up and use one of the other ones instead without fast forwarding? Do you like the other workouts on this DVD? Are they similar in style and intensity to Power Max? What is the music like? I generally prefer more choreographed workouts with dancy moves, but I like having a few simpler workouts in my collection for days when I am mentally exhausted. I can deal with dated outfits if the workouts are fun.

Blessings,
Heather B.

Heather-
I just got Cardio Hits a little over a month ago and although I don't have a whole lot of room in my rotation right now for steady state step (my cardio is mostly running right now) I LOVE all 3 of these workouts! It's awesome having them on DVD b/c I'm more likely to use them. They are pretty 'dancy', but not overly complicated, just a good mix. Also, there are some unique moves in these videos that just don't show up again in later videos. The DVD is chaptered so that you could easily use another warm up in place of the one from PM w/o any fast forwarding. I love all 3 workouts and it just depends on my mood which one I want to use. I do have to up my step height to 8 inches on all 3 workouts however. The music is a fun mix of mostly 90's music with a few updated 'classics' ("Wild Thing") thrown in. All in all, I think you'd be very happy adding this to your collection.

Yes, Cardio Hits is a Cathe DVD. It has Step Fit, Step Works and Power Max on it along with the ab section from Pure Strength.
