Outdated workouts doesn't mean they are not fun and challenging. Step Fit and Step Works are still one of my favorite Cathe workouts. Give this DVD a try. I did, and I absolutely love it.
Step Works and Power Max are as great a workout as anything she has put out recently. The music might sound a bit dated, but I actually like it. If you're looking for solid workouts that will whip up a good sweat, these are terrific.
I just wanted to mention that the third workout on that dvd, StepFit is also terrific. It's actually 72 minutes long, has interesting choreography, and is a sweat-fest. I like the music, too.
