Cardio Fusion

Hello Friends of the Forum.
How well do you need to know LIC, BM2, and DM in order to do Cardio Fusion? This morning, I was reading the back cover of the workout and it's one I would like to do.
TIA for any input.

In my opinion, the hardest part of Cardio Fusion if you haven't done the other workouts would be the first section which is the bonus section from BM2. That is all of the combinations put together and they are not broken down at all. The rest of the workout is broken down more. Drill Max is very basic - no learning curve there at all.

I would agree with this. When I first did CF, I hadn't done any of BM2 and I was a bit all over the place. You don't need to be familiar with LIC (since it's a regular combo and she teaches it) or Drill Max (they're not very coreographed and very easy to pick up), but doing at least the cardio only premix of BM2 would be quite helpful :) It's a great workout, though!

This morning, I got back to BM2 and now looking at CF for Monday.
Plus, seeing the BM2 step routine in full makes it a very smooth workout, I'm looking forward to the challenge.

Yeah you have to know BM2 pretty well for this workout. I'll be honest, I am not in good enough shape to do this one all the way through. I've tried several times. I'm hoping if I keep working at it, I'll be able to do it at some point.

I tried this one and after the warmup it starts out right away with a final combo from BM2. I found it hard to jump right into. I love BM2 and LIC and do them all the time.

I think you need to be familiar with all of the other workouts -- it makes the workout so much more effective.

You probably should at least preview the cardio segments, particularly the ones from "Drill Max"

I am so glad I am not the only one!!! I put this in today and got so frustrated and I have many Cathe dvds... Frustration either preceeds GROWTH or RETREAT and I am DETERMINED to get that 2nd part down!!! I ended up working out to Imax3.

CF-Update

Hello Friends.
Today was my day for CF, after a long week of shoveling snow and not being able to workout, I thought I'd give it a go anyways. The drills for me were easier than the blasts, although BM2 is easier for me the DM. The step routines were fun, and I reviewed the finished BM2 routine before beginning, which helped.
CF is great, challenging, and doable.

Thanks for your input.

RE: CF-Update

I did Cardio Fusion after only doing Body Max 2, and thought it was pretty easy to pick up the choreography from the other workouts.

Check out the Mix and Max premix if (when) you get Cardio Fusion. It's an awesome premix!
