Okay, I am on a DVD buying spree but it's what I need to keep motivated right now so I'm allowing myself. I tend to bulk easily (well, okay bulky to me but not to others) on the bottom half and my ABS & upper body respond so quickly I don't have to worry about them too much. So, cardio and lower body are my main focus. I love Kick Max and Kick, Punch, and Crunch I can't get enough of. I'm thinking about ordering Cardio Fusion and Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks - was just looking for some feedback on these from anyone. I consider myself advanced, there are days that I can fly through KPC with a good sweat worked up but never feeling like WOW and then there are days that it's harder when I'm not at my peak-just to give an idea of my level. So... do you think these are good choices for me? I do not like anything too complex and like more athletic style workouts i guess, but I don't consider KPC or Kick Max complex. I have the new Drill max and Butts & Guts but don't have LIC or Body Max 2. Thanks and happy working out!
