Cardio Fusion Cd's

Hi Cathe, I have a question about the 3 or 4 cd's on your Cardio Fusion...Low Impact Circuit, Body Max, Drill Max and Butts and Gutts. I was just wondering if I can do this videos everyday...I mean, like on a monday I will do Low impact Circuit, on a Tuesday Body Mad, on a Wednesday Drill max and on Thursday I will do Butts and gutts. I have many more of your cd's but I have been away from working out for 4 months now and I need to get back in shape. I was a little bad over the holidays last year and I gained 10lbs. I have always done your videos and I love your style. Please let me know if this is right or wrong to do this cd's like I said above. Also, Does working out in the evenings has the same effect as working out in the morning? Please Help....

But generally you shouldn't work the same body part two days in a row. I alternate weight workouts with cardio workouts, so my muscles have a day to recover.

I've seen various opinions about whether it is better to work out in the morning or in the evening, but I think the best time to work out is the time when you're most likely to get it done. I'm a morning person; I work out first thing in the a.m. But I have friends who prefer later in the day... I think it's a personal preference.

If you need a suggested rotation, Cathe has many available, and FitnessFreak (Deb) also posts very popular rotations.

Just to clarify: Cardio Fusion contains sections from Low Impact Circuit, BodyMax 2, and Drill Max. There is no B&G in that workout.
