I'm curious as to what kind of core work on the mats. I'm hoping for planks.

If the pictures aren't ready can I have a description? I would love to know. Sorry for being annnoying. So so curious though.

We had hoped to post pictures several days ago, but we've just been too busy with the filming and editing of Shock Cardio to do so. Right now we have to focus on several mission critical tasks in order not to cause any delays in getting you your DVDs, but we will get the pictures up just as soon as is humanly possible.
