I did Cardio Core Circuit this morning and I absolutely loved it! It's like Drill Max on steroids but without the weights. There are five fitness cycles. Each cycle consists of three different drills repeated twice. There are plyojacks, mountain climbers, push-ups, sit-and-stands, etc. Very functional with cardio-core mixed in. I normally don't do the ab section after a workout because by then, I'm usually exhausted or run out of time. Here, the core is mixed in (there is also a premix without the core if you prefer about 43 minutes) and is still cardio-intensive. There is a core-only premix, 7 minutes and express workout, 37 minutes. After doing this workout, it could almost be another Hiit-type workout. If the true Hiit are more intense than this, then I'm afraid, very afraid...
