Susan, I can't recommend CC highly enough, and no I don't work for the company
Here are a few things I like about CC:
* Sean is incredibly motivating. He pushes you to reach your full potential, not in a loud go-go-go way, but in a more spiritual way (and by spiritual, I don't mean religious.) Sometimes what he says resonates so deeply within me I literally get all choked up.
* I think the music is good. It just seems to fit the programs perfectly. It helps set a cadance and pushes me along. Helps me speed up when I need to. There is incredible sound effects in the background. On one, you hear horses whinney (sp?) as you go by. How fun is that?
* He does a little guided imagery. Evokes pictures of running through mountains, by waterfalls etc. For me it is almost meditative.
* There is a lot of variety. You can make your programs as long as you want by either mishmoshing programs together, or re-playing some of the challenges. Some of the programs are longer than others. Candace's #6 is the longest, I think, at a little over an hour.
* The investment isn't high. Right now Sean is having a buy one get one free sale. So if you want an MP3 download, you can do two for about $15.00 total. Not a big investment to try something out. For you I would recommend #6 (Candace or Sean, but Candace's is longer), and number 4, which is sooooo many people's favorite, also probably 5 because that is supposed to be the thoughest.
Hope this helps!
