Cardio Coach vs. IFit - Kicking Myself

Hello Cardio Coach aficionados!
I recently started CC, and love it, too, thanks to Michele (thank you Miss Lee!). I have to run 1.5 miles in as close to 14 minutes as I can get for a military fit test, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about how I could tailor CC to help me through this test?
Any suggestions would be appreciated,

You're welcome Lisa!! I'm not a runner so I don't have any idea how to work towards the results you need, but Jess (Jess Jugs), Shelley (allwildgirl), Gayle (banslug), and Emily (materialsgirl) and several others have used CC for running. If they don't reply to this thread you might try PMing one of them. :)

Oh, and just so there's no misunderstanding, I think I'm his favorite -- LOL!!!!!

Tamara, Allison, and Sweetpea, I'll hope you'll consider getting the Press Play workout and joining us for PP Saturday! It's always the last Saturday of the month and we'd LOVE to have you. :D
